On the 10th

I <3 Oreo Cheese Cake!
10th falls on a Monday which makes my mood so complicated. Should it be p!nk or a normal moody blue? Well, it's just another working day with a "not-so-surprise" birthday celebration in the office. It's been a norm to celebrate everyone's birthday in the pantry, so do mine. At first I didn't thought of the celebration as I already had one on the Friday night, then nai nai a.k.a san san on purpose hinted me so I think I'm just smart enough to figure it out!! Thank you team for the Oreo Cheese Cake, that's my favourite!!

Sad thing about it is : we forgotten to take a group photo :(

On the 10th night, it's my family dinner time. I think I only had a proper dinner with my elder bro once-in-a-year, that is during my birthday. Last year we were in TGI Friday's and this year we were in ben's @ KLCC. I love the tagline "To eat is to Love" because they claimed to build relationships through food. It is true that so many times we get to know a person more over a meal. Yet sometimes "Quality Time" is the right term in spending.

Enjoyed the night and the chatting moment, the food is nice but it's a little bit too big portion for me :S Cozy environment with perfect ambiance lighting. <3

Thank you, dear family!
Special acknowledgement to my bro who can still remember my birthday in his "full scheduled calendar" and the dinner treat. I'm thankful for all the little things that had blessed my heart.

We took photo once-in-a-year too -.-
Not to forget my two besties in the whole wide world - The Lai's Sistas !! There's a saying goes like this:

More than Santa Claus, your sister knows when you've been bad and good.
- Linda Sunshine -

Yup, they are more than Santa Claus to me, knowing me through and fro. They know my every shoutout from the heart, my struggle, my dreams and lots more lots more. We spent great times with each other everytime. Where can you find such sistas anymore? They are always there whenever I needed. Superb listener and encourager!! It's an amazing blessing for us to get together, yup, amazing!!! Thank you for the friendship <3

And the final one :

Beautiful month that is - October -

Hello... Smurf-tember!!

Amazed by how time flies every time when I wanted to write a blogpost. It's already Smurf-tember! Haha, it's a Smurfy-month cause I guess everyone has been brain-washed by The Smurfs with their Smurfy words :D I personally love the movie and all the 3D characters. They are lovely <3 Highly recommended to watch it in the cinema.

Visit Official Site here

Started my Smurf-tember with The Smurf Movie and followed by a Smurfy GetAway to Bukit Tinggi and Genting Highlands. "La~la~la~la~la~la~Sing a happy Song!!" I've been in KL for 3 years now and shame to say that I've never been to Bukit Tinggi before and this random getAway had allowed me to explore!! I had so much fun and shall let pictures do the talking!!

The weather is nice, the building is nice, everything is nice :)  A random getAway will makes you love your life more. Honestly, go for a random getAway before stressed out! :P Then we depart to Genting Highlands on the next day, and stop by at the temple which I forgotten about the name. I remember I was here when I was really young, together with my dad, mum and bro. That time this place is still under construction and now this place had changed so tremendously. All that I have before, is simply just the memory.

Didn't want to admit the trip was ended when the skies got darker. It is just a dilemma, can I stay in my dream little longer then?

My August

Just when I don't realize, August has almost come to an end!! With almost every weekends occupied really makes the month move faster :P Or rather it's just an excuse for not fully utilizing my time!

Scanning my 2011 Resolution List and found out that there are 4 months more for me to complete it. It's time to get myself back on track and do what I've set :D Despite of the "waiting-to-be-done " items, I'm so happy that I've accomplish few items which I think a little bit impossible when I wrote it in the beginning of 2011. *blessed*

It's saddening to know that I have to work on this coming public holidays because I've been longing for a long holiday for vacation. Eagerly!!! Please allow me to dream on the following places.

Taiwan
Hong Kong
If there is a little bit too much, how about these?

Bangkok, Thailand
Singapore
Seems like not much chances :( Travel locally can?

Beautiful Redang Island
Port Dickson
It's really not so easy to go for a trip with the ever-changing surroundings... It's ok ;) Viewing photo may be cool too!! Life moves on... It is still good! *wakeupfromdream*

I still <3 my August!

Sisters' Love

It's a late update about me meeting up with my 38 sisters two weeks back when they travel down to KL all the way from JB. It reminded me on how time flies and how things changed. We knew each other three years back during Asia Conference 2008 @ Singapore. It was an amazing experience we had and the time we spent together was just awesome. This is the first time that we got connected and share the same "spirit". Aww... How I miss those times.

We seldom have meet up cause we were staying in different area, and we only have chance meeting up during big days such as Emerge Conference. That's when we go crazy @.@

Then, some of us leaving for a better... :'(

Then, after years... here we are at No.3!!

Sisters! I appreciate all of them in my life. The best supporters I ever have. They encourage me when I'm down, counsel me when I'm koyakz, accompany whenever I needed, even things that I don't feel like doing, they will show 100% support :D The most amazing thing, when I'm sad... even we're apart, there is always someone who can feel that and show immediate concern! How blessed I am <3

... and now ...

All of us are moving towards better future!
Praying and believing the best is yet to come!
Love all of you, sisters!

Thank you, friends!

I'm always thankful for having great bunch of awesome friends who never fail to cheer me up when I'm down and encourage me when I'm koyakz. I know I've been saying this all the time, but I still want to acknowledge all the awesome people around me.

Friendship and relationship is the one which money can't measure because everything comes from the heart. It's whether you choose to invest in the relationship or not. Investing time, shows sincerity, listen, and communicate to build that relationship. For those people who know me, they know I talk a lot... and we are easy to get along cause we are sharing our life together. Of course not non-stop talking, there should be time of listening too :) Some of my friends suggested me to be a newscaster, cause they got attracted when I share stories :P  *Oopsie* :S

Friendship can't be "earned". Backstabbing will only reveal your true character and scaring people away. Why don't we use "heart" and "communication" to maintain the relationship?

I want to spend this blog to thank all my wonderful friends who are always there to support me. You really mean a lot a lot and a lot to me!

Though we are different,
thanks for accepting me for just who I am....

I'm so blessed ...

I'm Loved!

I had a great lunch gathering today with my awesome ex-colleagues. It's been 4 months since I left my previous company, yet we still enjoy meeting up to hang out and have lunch together to share our life updates. I think it is a good practice since life is all about sharing. The super sweet Yoyo surprise me with this "self-boiled" herbal tea, which is ONLY for me! It touches my heart so deep. Thank you!

Then, Kit tweeted this:

Then, Wei Sing and Yoyo said they dressed up because of meeting me. (It may not be true but I still perasan!!)

It's really fun spending time with this awesome bunch and I miss those time when we work together. Working is more fun having them, but still change is necessary for growth. I left. And now, some of you are planning for a better future. I wanna wish you all the best and be brave to take a leap of courage to step out from the comfort zone. Things change when we take the first step! No matter what, I'm still your best supporter :D

Thank you for the love, and I love you all the same!

New Year . New Gadget

Present to you... my long awaited iPhone4 !!!

"I want to change my phone!" I know I've been saying this for ten thousand times, yet I'm still using the same koyakz Nokia N73. Sometimes I'll missed all the sms-es and phone calls ... Sorry :( There is this time that I realize mobile phone had been playing such an important role in my life, on which I've been relying so much on my phone. Is this a good one or a bad one?

I felt a little bit dilemma after I brought home this new toy. I was thinking did I made the decision too rush? Do I really need that? Thousands of questions flipping through my head, maybe because of the amount spent :S After all, I still have the joyous feeling on the next day. Enjoying this new gadget which move really fast as compared to my previous phone.

Thanks to my Nokia N73 which had faithfully serving me for the past 5 years!! Good job done and it's time for you to retire :(

As a new member in this iPhone family, I would appreciate if you have any apps to recommend. Thank you!

I'm a '2 minute' Model

I was asked to become a talent in a photo shooting session two weeks ago. Since almost everyone in my office is involving although I totally got no idea on what's going to happen. Right before the photo shooting session, I suddenly felt a bit reluctant and nervous, and start questioning myself why I agreed to be part of it.

It is a brand new experience for me to see the professional photographer and "non-professional" talent in this photo-shooting session, with all the canggih lighting and camera!! Yes, I felt like a model :P It takes two days to complete the whole project and I think the photos gonna be great. *Ahem...* We truly have fun despite of doing all the serious stuff. Awesome experience of exploring, learning and posing :P

Here are some teaser :) Spot me if you can!

Stay Tune for more updates!!

AIDSAware : Have you submitted your photo message?

I have submitted my photo message to support AIDSAware Campaign. How about you?

Brief Description:
AIDSAware is a first of its kind awareness movement which is a joint collaboration between PT Foundation and ruumzcauses whereby the public themselves become the vehicle for creating and spreading AIDS awareness utilizing social media. The public is encouraged to take a picture of themselves, their friends and/or their family members holding a AIDS/HIV related message on a piece of paper or card and posting and sharing their "photo messages" online. (Source: AIDSAware Facebook Page

I came across this AIDSAware Campaign by reading some related tweets. It aroused my interest as I think it’s really an amazing idea to raise awareness by collecting the photo messages from the public. I think, the community today had chose either to neglect or ignore the issue. People have been discriminating the infected with their verbal and non-verbal language. Just two days ago, when I approached one of my friends to support this campaign, when he heard the word "AIDS", immediately he frowned and showed an unpleasant face. :(

[ Discrimination doesn't help. Show support! ]

Write a message, snap a photo!

I'm so Outdated!

Yesterday night was the first outing I had with my colleagues. Initial plan was actually a BBQ Party yet it turn out to be a sing-K session. I'm not a regular visitor to any K-box because I'll only be there upon invitation, such as friends' birthday or any other gathering party.

And this is the time that I found myself so outdated. Yes, I’m so outdated because throughout the 4 hour session, I only know erm… maybe 4 to 5 songs ONLY. Maybe I prefer oldies though I’m not that old yet. :P But I truly enjoy the time of being together just to share the fun and happy moments. While they are singing, I will stare at the screen to understand the lyrics, enjoying the beautiful rhythm and laughing cause of all the funny acts. What a cheerful night!!!

As a results of the sing-K session, I’m currently falling in love with these two songs which I really like among all the other unknown songs. It is “Ni Bu Zhi Dao de Shi” (Things that you don’t know) by LeeHom (listen here) and “Ji Mo Ji Mo Jiu Hao” (Loneliness is fine) by Hebe Tian (listen here). Not sure whether it is a new song but to me, definitely it is! Erm... Wonder how to keep myself updated? Or maybe I'm just not that into Chinese songs? Oops... :P

After this outing, I get to know more about my colleagues and continue to build a better relationship for us as colleagues and also as friends. Then, this outing become more meaningful than ever!

This is the journey of life. Share love. Share joy!
